Okeechobee Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Matthew Macias, 28, Southwest 28^th Street, was arrested Dec. 16 and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license. Bond was set at $6,000.
• Roberto Mateo-Juan, 41, Southeast 57^th Drive, was arrested Dec. 18 by OCSO and charged with aggravated child abuse and contributing to the delinquency of a child. Bond was set at $80,000.
• Jesus De La Paz, 28, Southwest 21^st Street, was arrested Dec. 17 by OCPD and charged with DUI and driving without a license/habitual offender. Bond was set at $4,000.
• Clinton Girtman, 31, Southeast 28^th Street, was arrested Dec. 17 and charged with possession of methamphetamine, resisting an officer without violence and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $3,750.
• Matthew Raynor, 41, Southeast 28^th Street, was arrested Dec. 17 and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. Bond was set at $2,500.
• Earl Wadlington, 31, Southwest 67^th Drive, was arrested Dec. 17 and charged with robbery. Bond was set at $25,000.
• Kyle Lanier, 37, Northwest 95^th Court, was arrested Dec. 19 by OCSO and charged with violation of two or more injunctions on prior convictions, masked burglary and violation of a court order/stalking. Bond was set at $200,000.
• Cherise Lawrence, 34, at large, was arrested Dec. 19 by OCPD and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license/habitual offender. Bond was set at $8,250.
• Victoria Courson, 19, Southeast Fifth Street, was arrested Dec. 20 by OCSO and charged with tampering with evidence, resisting arrest, possession of cocaine and possession of hydromorphone. Bond was set at $17,250.
• Jeremy Jones, 36, Southwest 13^th Street, was arrested Dec. 20 by OCSO and charged with possession of cocaine. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Danielle Edwards, 29, Brinkerhoff Lane, was arrested Dec. 20 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $35,500.
• Kenneth Fusco, 44, Port St. Lucie, was arrested Dec. 20 by OCSO and charged with possession of oxycodone. Bond was set at $3,500.
• Qualon Hardy, 17, Northeast 8^th Avenue, was arrested Dec. 20 by OCSO and charged with grand theft auto. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Logan Yorke, 16, Northwest Sixth Street, was arrested Dec. 20 by OCSO and charged with grand theft auto, fleeing law enforcement, driving without a license and armed burglary. Bond was set at $155,500.
• Tanya Huggins, 51, Southeast Eighth Avenue, was arrested Dec. 20 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license. Bond was set at $16,000.
• Meredith Lawson, 28, Northeast 12^th Lane, was arrested Dec. 20 and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and resisting arrest. Bond was set at $20,000.
• Hector Morales, 18, Northwest 34^th Street, was arrested Dec. 20 by OCSO and charged with fleeing law enforcement and driving without a license. Bond was set at $5,500.
• Rene Nunez, 47, Southwest Second Avenue, was arrested Dec. 20 by OCSO and charged with felony battery. Bond was set at $2,500.
• Scharlett Rose Yates, 41, Northwest Fifth Street, was arrested Dec. 21 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine. She was released on her own recognizance.
• Keanu Chinlyn, 17, grand theft auto, fleeing law enforcement, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, fleeing without regard to safety, driving without a license and reckless driving. Bond was set at $305,500.
• Devin Callahan, 16, Northeast 103^rd Avenue, was arrested Dec. 21 by OCSO and charged with grand theft auto. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Rufus Tiger, 54, Southeast 22^nd Court, was arrested Dec. 21 by OCSO and charged with sale of methamphetamine. Bond was set at $60,000.
