Okeechobee Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

  • Damian Deck, 24, Northwest Third Street, was arrested April 10 by OCSO and charged with sale of cocaine, possession with intent to sell, sale of marijuana and possession with intent to sell marijuana. Bond was set at $100,000.
  • Jesse James Mond IV, 25, NY, was arrested April 10 by OCSO and charged with shooting into a vehicle or building, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and criminal mischief. Bond was set at $160,000.
  • Andrew Jackson III, 21, Northeast 16th Avenue, was arrested April 11 by OCSO and charged with accessory after the fact. Bond was set at$5,000.
  • Wanya Sands, 22, Northeast 17th Avenue, was arrested April 11 by OCSO and charged with causing a cruel death with pain and suffering and resisting arrest. Bond was set at $11,000.
  • William Bussey, 48, at large, was arrested April 11 by OCSO and charged with burglary while masked. Bond was set at $25,000.
  • Jaymarion Lawton, 19, Northeast 11th Street, was arrested April 11 by OCSO and charged with accessory after the fact. Bond was set at $5,000.
  • Rachel Garcia-Vargas, 40, Southeast 21st Court, was arrested April 12 by OCSO and charged with two counts providing false information to a pawn shop, using a fake ID and possession another person’s ID without permission. Bond was set at $20,000.
  • Thalia Sanmartin, 20, Southeast 21st Court, was arrested April 12 by OCSO and charged with providing false information to a pawn shop and possession of another person’s ID without permission. Bond was set at $10,000.
  • Michael Yearty, 63, AK, was arrested April 12 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine and two counts tampering with evidence. Bond was set at $15,000.
  • Waylon Clere, 12, was arrested April 13 by OCSO and charged with battery on a school employee. He was transferred to the custody of the DJJ.
  • Carrie Krupa, 33, Ninth Street, was arrested April 13 by OCSO and charged with possession of fentanyl and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,500.
  • Ricardo Silvas, 21, Southwest 10th Avenue, was arrested April 14 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.
  • David Herrin, 30, Northwest 190th Road, was arrested April 14 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine. Bond was set at $10,000.
  • Ashley Bryant, 25, Southeast 95th Trail, was arrested April 14 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of dug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $6,000.
  • Joshua Stalvey, 40, Lorida, was arrested April 14 by OCPD and charged with driving without a license/third or subsequent offense, no vehicle registration, resisting an officer and using a tag not registered to the vehicle. Bond was set at $5,000.
  • Danny Stokes, 58, Northwest 87th Court, was arrested April 14 by OCSO and charged with possession of a New Legend drug and habitually driving without a license. Bond was set at $7,500.
  • Jared Dennis, 36, Southeast 28th Street, was arrested April 16 by OCSO and charged with criminal mischief. Bond was set at $5,000.
  • Roberto Vasquez, 30, Fort Pierce, was arrested April 16 by OCPD and charged with DUI and operating a vehicle without a license. Bond was set at $1,500.
