Okeechobee Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

  • John Cowles, 42, Southeast Second Street, was arrested April 18 by OCPD and charged with grand theft. He is accused of stealing a friend’s electric bike. Bond was set at $2,500.
  • April Litteral, 44, Northwest 20th Trail, was arrested April 19 by OCSO and charged with possession of oxycodone and possession of a controlled substance without a subscription. Bond was set at $10,000.
  • Donny Raney, 36, Northeast 53rd Way, was arrested April 19 by OCSO and charged with authority figure soliciting a romantic relationship with a student. Bond was set at $50,000.
  • Devin Hoyle, 28, Southeast Eighth Avenue, was arrested April 21 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,000.
  • Corey Brown Jr., 20, Northwest Ninth Street, was arrested April 21 by OCPD and charged with burglary and petit theft. Bond was set at $10,750.
  • Michael Holmes, 32, Northeast 11th Court, was arrested April 21 by OCSO on an out-of-state fugitive warrant for kidnapping. He is being held without bond.
  • Anthony Mandujano, 23, Northwest 27th Avenue, was arrested April 22 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.
  • Ronald Joe Pena, 60, Northeast Park Street, was arrested April 22 by OCPD and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, assault on law enforcement, threats to law enforcement and tampering with evidence. Bond was set at $400,000.
