The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Joshua Bo Duke, 38, Northwest 27^th Avenue, was arrested April 25 by OCSO and charged with possession of a weapon by a convicted felon and driving without a license/habitual offender. Bond was set at $10,000.
• Cody LaGrange, 34, Southeast 42^nd Street, was arrested April 25 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of dug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $10,500.
• Jaymarion Lawton, Northeast 11^th Street, was arrested April 25 by OCSO and charged with causing cruel death/pain and suffering. Bond was set at $25,000.
• Larry Noles Jr., 58, Southwest 23^rd Street, was arrested April 25 by OCSo and charged with five counts of sexual battery by a custodian/victim between 12 and 17 years old. Bond was set at $500,000.
• James Doheny Jr., 40, Northwest 11^th Street, was arrested April 24 by OCPD and charged with burglary and petit theft. Bond was set at $16,000.
• Rey Gomez, 49, Northwest 30^th Street, was arrested April 26 by OCSO and charged with two counts sexual offender failing to register. Bond was set at $10,000.
• Andrew Jackson III, 21, Northeast 16^th Avenue, was arrested April 26 by OCSO and charged with causing cruel death/pain and suffering. Bond was set at $25,000.
• Cledith Taylor, 52, Southeast 24^th Trail, was arrested April 26 by OCSO and charged with battery on a person 65 years or older. Bond was set at $2,500.
• Termeria Suan Jean, 49, Northwest 11^th Street, was arrested April 28 by OCSO and charged with sale of oxycodone, possession of alprazolam, possession of marijuana, possession with intent to sell, possession of hydrocodone and possession with intent to sell. Bond was set at $251,000.
• Garry Powers, 52, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested April 28 by OCPD and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.
• Richard Bass, 57, State Road 70 East, was arrested April 29 by OCPD and charged with driving on a suspended license, possession of methamphetamine and possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted felon. Bond was set at $9,000.
• Jackie Rediker, 31, Northeast 10^th Street, was arrested April 29 by OCSO and charged with felony battery, assault on law enforcement, leaving the scene of a crash with damage, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and resisting arrest with violence. Bond was set at $18,000.
