Okeechobee Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

  • Michael Crawford, 59, Southeast 34th Avenue, was arrested Aug. 21 by OCSO Deputy Robert Murtagh and charged with DUI and driving without a license. Bond was set at $2,250.
  • Nicole Abraham, 41, Southeast 25th Street, was arrested Aug. 22 by ONTF and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. She is being held without bond.
  • Joseph Albritton, 33, Southeast 33rd Terrace, was arrested Aug. 22 by ONTF and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and operating a motor vehicle without a license. Bond was set at $6,500.
  • Octavio Delgado, 42, Northwest 46th Terrace, was arrested Aug. 22 by Robert Murtagh and charged with DUI and driving without a license. Bond was set at $4,000.
  • Evan Ochoa, 51, Northwest 39th Circle, was arrested Aug. 22 by ONTF and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license. He was released on his own recognizance.
  • Carmen Barber, 55, Southwest Third Street, was arrested Aug. 23 by ONTF and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $6,000.
  • Neal Minton, 44, Northeast Eighth Avenue, was arrested Aug. 23 by ONTF and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $6,000.
  • Nicholas Seigfried, 48, Northeast Eighth Avenue, was arrested Aug. 23 by ONTF and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $6,000.
  • Griffin Smith, 15, Southeast 67th Drive, was arrested Aug. 23 by OCSO and charged with affray and possession of marijuana resin. He was transferred to the custody of the DJJ.
  • Emilio Aranda Jr., 38, Northeast Fifth Street, was arrested Aug. 24 by OCSO and charged with sex offender failure to register changes to information. Bond was set at $10,000.
  • Brandon Dykes, 40, Jupiter, was arrested Aug. 24 by ONTF and charged with possession of methamphetamine and criminal conspiracy. Bond was set at $15,000.
  • Rolando Pelayo, 17, Northwest 44th Avenue, was arrested Aug. 24 by OCSO Deputy D. Holmes and charged with possession of marijuana resin. Bond was set at $5,000.
  • Jose Ramirez, 23, Northwest Fourth Street, was arrested Aug. 24 by OCSO Deputy M. Wright and charged with battery of a person 65 years or older. Bond was set at $2,500.
  • Armando Rodriguez, 41, Northeast 64th Avenue, was arrested Aug. 24 by ONTF and charged with three counts felony violation of probation. He is being held without bond.
  • Randy Torres, 41, Indiana, was arrested Aug. 25 by Okeechobee City Police Sgt. Cody Daigneault and charged with resisting arrest with violence, DUI and driving without a license. Bond was set at $9,000.
  • Robert Yackley, 51, Southwest Selma Street, was arrested Aug. 25 by OCPD Officer Rafael Cataneda and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and driving without a license. Bond was set at $10,500.
  • Sebastian Urbano, 17, Northwest 34th Terrace, was arrested Aug. 27 by OCSO Detective Brady Rogers and charged with premeditated murder. He was transferred to the custody of DJJ.
