The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Ernest Caldwell, 46, Northeast First Street, was arrested Aug. 29 by OCSO Deputy D Abdelquader and charged with aggravated assault and firing a firearm in public. Bond was set at $8,000
• Christian Albarado, 13, Southeast 23^rd Court, was arrested Aug. 29 by OCSO Deputy Jennifer Fairtrace and charged with unarmed burglary, possession of burglary tools, criminal mischief and grand theft.
• Daniel Delagall, 68, Northeast 13^th Avenue, was arrested Aug. 29 by OCSO Deputy Karson Reno and charged with possession of cocaine. Bond was set at $2,500.
• William Rinehart, 13, Southeast 23^rd Court, was arrested Aug. 29 by OCSO Deputy Jennifer Fairtrace and charged with unarmed burglary, possession of burglary tools, criminal mischief and grand theft.
• Michael Stires, 43, Southeast 33^rd Terrace, was arrested Aug. 29 by OCSO Sgt. Arik Majere and charged with violation of probation on felony charges. He is being held without bond.
• Evi Mojica, 41, Northeast 64^th Avenue, was arrested Aug. 30 by OCSO Deputy G. Chavez and charged with possession of methamphetamine. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Emily Cortez, 33, Knotts Landing, was arrested Aug. 29 by ONTF and charged with possession of marijuana over 20 grams and possession with intent to sell within 1,000 feet of a specified area.
• John McNeil II, 34, Knotts Landing, was arrested Aug. 29 by ONTF and charged with possession of marijuana over 20 grams, possession of marijuana resin and possession with intent to sell within 1,000 feet of a specified area.
• Alfred Moore Jr., 38, Southwest 22^nd Street, was arrested Aug. 30 by OCSO Deputy Misei Esquivel and charged with felony criminal mischief. Bond was set at $2,500.
• Mauricio Grajalez, 21, Northwest 144^th Drive, was arrested Aug. 31 by OCSO Deputy R. Murtagh and charged with DUI and leaving the scene of an accident involving death or serious injury. Bond was set at $2,500.
• Leonardo Medrano Jr., 17, Southeast 86^th Boulevard, was arrested Aug. 31 by OCSO and charged with grand theft auto and grand theft of a firearm. He was transferred to the DJJ.
• Christopher Wade, 38, was arrested Aug. 31 on a fugitive warrant from New Mexico. He is being held without bond.
• Ricardo Roma, 36, Northeast Fourth Street, was arrested Sept. 1 by ONTF and charged with possession of Clonazepam, hindering contact with law enforcement, domestic battery by strangulation, robbery by sudden snatching. Bond was set at $25,000.
• Petina Dilworth, 40, Northeast Ninth Street, was arrested Sept. 1 by OCSO Deputy J. Bunting and charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Christine Adams, 54, Southeast 33^rd Terrace, was arrested Sept. 2 by OCSO Deputy J. Coonfare and charged with abuse of an elderly or disabled person and cyber stalking. Bond was set at $9,000.
• Brunash Mergenat, 18, West Palm, was arrested Sept. 2 by OCSO Deputy Karson Reno and charged with grand theft auto and fleeing without regard to safety. Bond was set at $20,000.
• Rodolpho Esquivel, 57, Northeast 78^th Way, was arrested Sept. 4 by OCSO Deputy R. Murtagh and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Dalton Pelham, 25. Northwest 22^nd Avenue, was arrested Sept 4 by OCSO Deputy M. Calcagno and charged with driving without a license/third or subsequent offense. Bond was set at $500.
• Estaban Medrano Arellano, 34, Northwest 46^th Avenue, was arrested Sept. 4 by OCSO Deputy L. Ramnauth and charged with unarmed burglary and criminal mischief. Bond was set at $10,500.
