The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Anton Thomas, 20, Northwest Third Street, was arrested Sept. 6 by OCSO Deputy J. Coonfare and charged with possession with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,750.
• Logan Zamora, 12, Southwest 22^nd Street, was arrested Sept. 7 by OCSO A. Rojas and charged with writing or sending threats to kill. He was transferred to the DJJ.
• Enevin Lutjen, 38, Southeast 38^th Trail, was arrested Sept. 7 by OCSO Sgt. Aric Majere and charged with domestic battery by strangulation. Bond was set at $15,000.
• William Bailey, 36, Northeast Fourth Lane, was arrested Sept. 8 by ONTF and charged with possession of fentanyl, driving without a license and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $15,500.
• Mitchell Douglas, 43, Southeast 28^th Street, was arrested Sept. 8 by ONTF and charged with sale of methamphetamine and possession with intent to sell. Bond was set at $40,000.
• Michael Muscanera, 61, Port St. Lucie, was arrested Sept. 8 by OCSO Deputy Misei Esquivel and charged with tampering with evidence and DUI with damage to property. Bond was set at $15,000.
• Kailey Pasley, 21, Southeast 19^th Court, was arrested Sept. 8 by OCSO Deputy D. Rogers and charged with grand theft. Bond was set at $3,000.
• Randy Thornton, 41, Southeast 23^rd Court, was arrested Sept. 8 by OCSO Deputy Skylar Casian and charged with grand theft auto and dealing in stolen property. Bond was set at $20,000.
• Sebastian Urbano, 17, Northwest 34^th Terrace, was arrested Sept. 8 by OCSO Deputy Brady Rogers and charged with depraved murder. Bond was set at $750,000.
• Ashley Gallagher, 37, Palm Bay, was arrested Sept. 9 by OCPD Officer R. Castaneda and charged with grand theft, resisting arrest and giving a false name to an officer. Bond was set at $12,000.
• Ehricka Osceola, 37, West Village Street, was arrested Sept. 9 by OCSO Deputy R. Murtagh and charged with burglary with assault or battery. Bond was set at $40,000.
• Alyssa Reveal, 26, Fort Pierce, was arrested Sept. 9 by OCPD Officer R. Castaneda and charged with grand theft, giving a false name to an officer and driving without a license. Bond was set at $9,000.
• Melissa Swymn, 39, Southeast 23^rd Court, was arrested Sept. 9 by OCSO Deputy Skylar Casian and charged with two counts intimidating a witness. Bond was set at $40,000.
• Randy Thornton, 41, Southeast 23^rd Court, was arrested Sept. 9 by OCSO Deputy Skylar Casian and charged with two counts conspiracy. Bond was set at $40,000.
• Cierra Villanueva, 37, Fort Pierce, was arrested Sept. 9 by OCPD Officer R. Castaneda and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and grand theft. Bond was set at $11,000.
