The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).
• Jaquez Harrell, 18, Saint Petersburg, was arrested March 25 by OCSO Deputy Albara Arana and charged with introducing contraband into a detention facility. Bond was set at $15,000.
• Ronald Drennan, 42, Northeast Eighth Avenue, was arrested March 25 by ONTF and charged with possession of fentanyl and resisting arrest. Bond was set at $15,000.
• Sherri Stephenson, 36, Northwest 60th Avenue, was arrested March 25 by OCSO Cpl. Marcus
Collier and charged with grand theft auto and operating a vehicle without a license. Bond was set at $3,000.
• Danielle Racine was arrested March 24 by OCSO Noah Jones and charged with DUI. Her breath test results were reported to be 0.325 and 0.319.
• Robert Watson, 25, Northwest 40th Srive, was arrested March 16 by OCSO Deputy Alejandra Russelburg and charged with DUI, resisting an officer, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Mark Shawl was arrested March 28 and charged with DUI. Shawl was out on pre-trial release on disorderly conduct and intent to do harm charge at the time, and this release has been revoked. The earlier arrest took place in February.
• Sherri Stephenson, 36, Northwest 60th Avenue, was arrested March 28 by OCSO Cpl. Marcus Collier and charged with grand theft auto and driving without a license. Bond was set at $3,000.
• Andrew Burberry was arrested March 28. No further information has been released.
• Robin Fairbanks, 48, Northwest Third Lane, was arrested March 28 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine and driving without a license. Bond was set at $5,500.
• Dwight Shefield, 31, Northwest 34th Terrace, was arrested March 27 by OCSO Deputy V. Peterpaul and charged with child abuse, two counts assault and criminal mischief. Bond was set at $7,000.
• Francisco Rivero-Fuentes, 60, Kissimmee, was arrested March 27 by OCPD Officer Dalton Pitts and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Bond was set at $2,500.
