The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Bryan Smith, 22, Jacksonville, was arrested April 5 by OCSO Deputy Steven Pollock and charged with fleeing without regard to safety, reckless driving and resisting arrest. Bond was set at $22,000.

• Blake Campbell was arrested April 8 and charged with DUI, child neglect and driving without a license.

• Haylie Underhill was arrested April 6 and charged with DUI and child abuse.

• Junie Mayle, 57, West Virginia, was arrested April 9 by OCSO Deputy Richard Varnadore and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and obstruction without violence. Bond was set at $8,500.

• Phillip Jones, 29, Falcon Lane, was arrested April 6 by OCPD Officer Derek Nails and charged with habitual driving without a license. Bond was set at $1,500.

• Brianna Bilodeau, 30, Southeast 31^st Street, was arrested April 11 by OCSO Deputy Kayla Kanarick and charged with two counts battery on law enforcement officers. Bond was set at $15,000.

• Robert Middleton, 41, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested April 10 and charged with 12 counts possession of child pornography and 12 counts electronic transmission of child pornography. Bond was set at $360,000. According to the arrest report, Middleton admitted to having several thousand files containing child pornography and said he has been uploading and downloading child porn for seven to ten years.

• Brandon Tansley, 36, Northeast Eighth Avenue, was arrested April 10 by OCSO Deputy Christopher Tullio and charged with possession of methamphetamine. Bond was set at $5,000.

• Mojica Serrano was arrested April 9 and charged with two counts fleeing law enforcement, driving on a suspended license, possession of drug paraphernalia and no tag registration.

• Brad David, 43, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested April 13 by OCSO Deputy Anthony Hull and charged with driving without a license/third or subsequent offense. Bond was set at $2,500.
