Okeechobee County Arrest Report Oct. 4-7

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Nicki Gatlin, 41, Southeast 15th Avenue, was arrested Oct. 4 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine, introduction of contraband into a detention facility and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $10,500.

• Ethan Gopher, 29, North Tucker Ridge, was arrested Oct. 4 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $750.

• Kyle Moon, 29, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested Oct. 4 by OCSO and charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $76,000.

• Rebecka Lamb, 19, at large, was arrested Oct. 4 by OCSO and charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and introduction of contraband into a detention facility. Bond was set at $5,000.

•Tony Mosteller, 58, Southeast 36th Avenue, was arrested Oct. 3 by OCSO and charged with sale/delivery of Hydromorphone and possession with intent to sell Hydromorphone. Bond was set at $5,000.

• Joseph Castro, 31, Quincy, was arrested by OCSO and charged with unarmed burglary of an unoccupied structure and criminal mischief. Bond was set at $3,000.

• Angel Barnett, 45, Southeast 35th Avenue, was arrested Oct. 5 by OCSO and charged with uttering a forged instrument. Bond was set at $2,500.

• Christie Shockley, 32, Southwest Seventh Avenue, was arrested Oct. 5 and charged with four counts possession of a controlled substance without a prescription. Bond was set at $20,000.

• Jennifer Laird, 45, Southeast 34th Avenue, was arrested Oct. 5 and charged with possession of synthetic cannabinoid. Bond was set at $2,500.

• David Lee Brown, 41, Southwest Second Avenue, was arrested Oct. 6 by OPD and charged with DUI, dealing in stolen property, possession of a gun or ammunition by a convicted felon and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $22,000.

• Judy Anderson, 37, Northeast Fourth Avenue, was arrested Oct. 6 by OCSO and charged with violation of parole/willful child abuse. She is being held without bond.

• Blake Sheltra, 34, Southeast 57th Drive, was arrested Oct. 6 by ONTF and charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription. Bond was set at $5,000.

• Anna Smyth, 32, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested Oct. 6 by ONTF and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $6,000.

• Llewellyn Dixon Jr., 36, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested Oct. 6 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $6,000.

• Karlie Lacey, 28, Northeast Seventh Avenue, was arrested Oct. 6 by OCSO and charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $6,000.

• Scott Heckerman, 43, Kenansville, was arrested Oct. 7 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and with the sale of methamphetamine. Bond was set at $25,000.

• Brianna Fulwider, 27, Northeast 26th Avenue, was arrested Oct. 6 by ONTF and charged with possession of methamphetamine and contempt of court. Bond was set at $5,000.
