Steve was born September 14, 1958 in Miami, Florida. He passed away Monday, March 18 2024. He lived in Okeechobee for 15 years and raised in Loxahatchee, Florida.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jimmy Joe Gilliland and brother, Timothy Scott Gilliland. Steve is survived by his mother, Trish Haven; sisters, Kathy Brindle (husband) Vinnie and Judy Throop; son, Austin Gilliland; daughter, Crystal Tucker (husband) Christopher Tucker; grandchildren: Ally Kneer, Chad Jr. Ramey, Madyson Ramey, Liam Tucker, and Bentley Tucker;
nephew, Nick Bourque (wife) Danielle; children: Jaina Harmon, Nick Jr. and Summer; niece, Kelly Perez (husband) Luis; and child, Arrianna. 
His hobbies were Hunting, Fishing, Wood Fracking, Going on new adventures.
He was such an Amazing Beautiful Soul. He never met a stranger. Had a smile that would light up a room. There was nothing he could not do as he would figure it out. He was the Jack of all Trades. 
Steve loved the woods, that is where he always wanted to be in the country.
