William Franklin “Frank” Wagoner

William, 76, of Cowan, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at the Fleming County Hospital in Flemingsburg, Kentucky surrounded by his family.
In addition to his parents, Frank was preceded in death by two sons, Brian Keith Wagoner and William Franklin Wagoner Jr.; one grandson, Joshua Lee Baselice who passed away March 14, 2024; his siblings, Glenn David Wagoner, Harold Dean Wagoner, and Darrell Gene Wagoner, and sister, Wilma Frances Wagoner; sister-in-law, Connie (Paul) Fryman; one niece, Joanie Marie Wagoner.
Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Donna Gray Wagoner whom he married May 8, 1965; one daughter, Sheila Wagoner Baselice of Ewing, Kentucky; four brothers, Eddie (Alice) Wagoner of Paris, Kentucky, Larry (Roberta) Wagoner of Okeechobee Florida, Joe (Lou) Wagoner of Lexington, Kentucky, and Mike (Cherly) Wagoner of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky; sisters-in-law, Jessie Abner Browning, Pat Wagoner and Marcia Barker. Gary (Bonnie) Gray; one great-grandchild, Emery Baselice; also, several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, April 6, 2024, in the chapel of the Price Brothers Funeral Home in Elizaville with Brother Greg Tucker officiating.
Visitation will be held 5:00 P.M. till 8:00 P.M. Friday April 5, 2024 at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions are suggest to the funeral home to assist the family with funeral expenses.
All arrangements for William Franklin “Frank” Wagoner and family are under the care and direction of the Price Brothers Funeral Home, 5197 Elizaville Road, Ewing, Kentucky 41039.
